Blueberry cupcake

I tried this blueberry cupcake with cream cheese frosting,  at soho cafe in gothenburg.  It had a very natural flavour to it and tasted very Yammi:) Im not a fan when it comes to coloured food and cakes but this pretty little treat surprised me 🙂

V60 drip coffee.

For myself I bought a V60 drip with coffee from Kenya, it was soft and mild with hints of dark berries in both aroma and taste.

A warm fresh bun filled with vanilla cream, delicious!! I used
500 gr wheat flour
100 gr sugar
1/2 ts salt
1/2 ts cardemom
1/2 ts baking powder
100 gr butter
3 1/2 dl milk
50 gr yeast

I filled the buns with a good teaspoon of vanilla cream before putting them in the ovn at 250 degrees. Just press the dough flat and fold the bun around the filling.

Here I am, at work, this february we started with a brew bar. We brew every single cup by hand and you can choose what coffee you want! Its very popular and as a coffee geek its perfect:D There is a combinated weight and timer, so we start the timer and pour over 50 grams of water, then we stir and let it bloom for 30 sec, then we pour over up to 150 grams and wait until 1 min, now comes the last pour to 250 grams. For this V60 pour over we use 17 grams coffee. It should be done within 2 min:)
